Christian Stubbs was born in Mission Viejo, California and raised in historic San Juan Capistrano. He attended Ambuehl Elementary School just down the street from his childhood home, and attended middle school in Ladera Ranch. He started playing baseball in San Juan Little League at the historic 'Old Majors' baseball field. He was in the first graduating class at San Juan Hills High School. Christian played varsity baseball and football, and still holds records as the starting pitcher at San Juan Hills High School. Christian attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, and played on the Saddleback College baseball team. He continued his education and transferred to California State University, Monterey Bay while completing his B.S. Business Administration. Christian also enjoyed those last two years playing college baseball making it to the playoffs.
Christian’s professional career began one week following graduation; starting in the RV industry. What seemed to be a temporary decision turned into being one of the best business decisions he ever made. Christian started in sales in June of 2015, where he became the top performer within the first 60 days in the industry out performing the next closest competitor by nearly double while developing keen negotiating skills. After several months, Christian was promoted to Finance Manager putting his business degree to work. Christian was mentored by the best in the industry; learning quickly, he enjoyed assisting hundreds of clients from every age group and from every walk of life in making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. The experience gained from guiding people through these purchases was exhilarating. It’s a great feeling playing a positive role in making other people’s dreams come true!
Christian is passionate about this new endeavor in his life and career. It wasn’t an easy decision leaving a lucrative job in finance, but Christian has always been passionate about real estate. Nearly two years ago, Christian made his first real estate investment in Ladera Ranch. His business plan is to work towards creating and growing his personal real estate portfolio, and helping other investors, likewise.
